The Religious Right

I am a Pagan and this goes out the so called Religious Right, and all Christian groups.
Stop trying to take over Halloween, it is our holiday like many others out there, I have news for you Easter IS A PAGAN HOLIDAY, Christmas PAGAN HOLIDAY, grow up and get over it. Christianity has Pagan DNA, pure and simple. We Pagans have been here since the beginning of time and will be here long after the Christian religion has faded away. Your religion is even based on a Pagan religion. Be for Christ there was In Egypt he was known as Osiris, in Greece as Dionysus, in Asia Minor as Attis, in Syria as Adonis, in Italy as Bacchus, in Persia as Mithras. The stories of these Gods all hold some thing in common. “Osiris-Dionysus is God made flesh; the savior and 'Son of God'
His father is God and his mother is a mortal virgin.
He is born in a cave or humble cow shed on the 25th of December before three shepherds.
He offers his followers the chance to be born again through the rites of baptism.
He miraculously turns water into wine at a marriage ceremony.
He rides triumphantly into town on a donkey while people wave palm leaves to honor him.
He dies at Easter time as a sacrifice for the sins of the world.
After his death he descends to Hell, and then on the third day he rises from the dead and ascends to heaven in glory.
His followers await his return as the judge during the Last Days. His death and resurrection are celebrated by a ritual meal of bread and wine which symbolize his body and blood.”*1

Do not believe me? Well crack a book and look it up.
